NullifyData is designed with privacy as the core principle. All data anonymization happens entirely in your browser - your data never leaves your device during processing.
Data Processing
CSV Files
- Files are processed 100% client-side using JavaScript in your browser
- No data is uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers
- Files are stored only in your browser's memory (RAM) during processing
- Data is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab
Comments (Optional Feature)
- If you post a comment, your name and comment text are stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- Comments are publicly visible to all users
- We collect: name (as you provide it), comment text, and timestamp
- We do NOT collect: email addresses, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary for the service to function:
Automatically Collected
- None. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking
Voluntarily Provided
- Comments: Name and comment text (only if you choose to post a comment)
How We Use Information
- Comments are displayed publicly on the website
- We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties
- We do not use data for advertising or marketing
Data Security
- HTTPS encryption: All connections are encrypted via HTTPS
- Client-side processing: Your CSV data never leaves your device
- Firebase security: Comments are stored in Firebase Realtime Database with validation rules
- Input validation: All comment submissions are validated and sanitized
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all publicly posted comments
- Deletion: Request deletion of your comments by contacting us at msharish453@gmail.com
- Data portability: Since no personal data is collected beyond comments, there is minimal data to export

We use the following third-party services:
Firebase (Google)
- Purpose: Storing and retrieving comments
- Data shared: Comment name, text, and timestamp

Cloudflare Pages
- Purpose: Hosting and content delivery
- Data shared: None (static hosting only)

Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
